Valinor Farm Schedule of Fees  November 1, 2014

Board:
Base monthly Board rate	$ 800 per month
Board per day for partial months	$  35 per day
Extra grain fee (if over 8 quarts daily, or grain 3x daily)	$  25 per month
Boots / fly sheets (anything put on/off daily)	$  25 per month
Additional fees for medical care, holding for farrier etc.	$  20 per hour
Holding a vacant stall (monthly)	½ base board
Trailer parking	$  40 per month
Extra tack box rental	$  30 per month
Trailering for medical purposes  (min $50)	$ .75 per mile

                                     

Lessons for regular students:
Private (45 minutes)	$ 65
Group (1 hour) `	$ 45
Beginner private (1 hour)	$ 55

Misc:
Non-negotiable check fee	$ 25
Ship in X-Cty schooling fee	$ 50
Ship in hacking/conditioning (excludes X-Cty schooling)	$ 20
Ship in XC Lesson with VF instructor private 1 hour, semi private 90 minutes.	$100
Horse Hunting: 10% of purchase price and all traveling expenses.
Horse Selling: 10% of sale price

Training: (checks made to individual trainer)
Full Training  (5 rides per week, monthly)	$ 600
Partial Training (3 rides per week, monthly)	$ 450
Per ride (trainer tacks up) `	$   50
Per ride (owner is present to tack / untack / cool out)	$   30
Coaching at Events:  all 3 phases,  plus all expenses	$   75
Coaching at Events:  per phase,  plus all expenses	$   30
Trailering  (minimum $100 per trailer)	$  .75 per mile

Valinor Farm Payment Policy:
Board is due the first of every month, all other payments are due at the time of service.  Late fees for board payments will be assessed per the boarding contract.  A $10 late fee will be assessed for all other  payments not received within 1 week from the time of service.

Valinor Farm Cancellation Policy:
Visiting instructors commit their time to us and travel to teach here.  Most require a minimum # of riders to make it worth their time.  With that in mind, last minute cancellations pose a problem.  If you sign up for a clinic, please let us know 1 week before the start of the clinic if you need to cancel. If you cancel after that time, and your spot cannot be filled, you are responsible for the full amount of the lesson. Valinor Instructors require a 24 hour cancellation notice.
