Training and Lessons at Valinor Farm
- Erin Risso is the resident instructor and trainer at Valinor Farm. Erin is a USEA ICP level 2 certified instructor and has successfully competed up through the Intermediate level on a horse she started. She is also currently competing several youngsters. She teaches and coaches young riders and adults just starting to ride through Prelim competitors. Erin uses a systematic training program to educate horse and rider and ensure that riders of all abilities can achieve success.
- Lisa Risso is the assistant trainer at Valinor and also teaches on a limited basis. Lisa is licensed MA riding instructor and currently competes her OTTB Jericho at the Training Level.
- Lessons:
Private or Group lessons available, Ship-Ins are welcome
- Training Fees: Training at Valinor is available in several formats. Full Training board includes full board and 5 training rides per week. Partial training board (3x week) is also available.
- Send your horse to Aiken for training to get a jump start on the 2015 season. Erin will be in Aiken in February and March 2015. Email erin@valinorfarm.com for more info.
